Here is our beautiful home! We are located on the Sydney Temple Grounds, so our yard is done by the Temple landscape artists! We don't even have to mow our own lawn! We feel it is such an honor and privilege to work and to live here. Heavenly Father has blessed us so much and we are so grateful to Him.

Christmas Down Under

Here is our first Christmas in Australia. We hosted a barbie for 25 Senior missionaries and 12 young missionaries. We barbied 72 hamburgers out in front of our home and had a wonderful time. There were salads and desserts furnished by the senior sisters and Elder McRae did a wonderful job cooking on his new barbie. Elder Taylor, Elder McRae's best mate, gave him 8 egg cooking rings so we did make available true Aussie burgers. They add a cooked egg, beetroot, and a slice of pineapple on their burgers. It's not our favorite, but don't tell them OK? Out of 20 eggs Elder McRae cooked, only 3 were left, so someone must like them! It's definitely a different taste. No bad, just different.

Well, loved ones, we are going to try to be computer literate. It's not going to be easy, so when you see what is going on in our life, be tolerant (that's a great virtue you know!)

Our life in Australia is amazing! We are very busy and seem to always have something that needs to be done. When we think we are finally on top of something, something else pops up and needs to be done. We love it here and feel so blessed to be part of the Sydney North Mission. We are developing some very good mates here and will be sad when it is their turn to leave us. Heavenly Father has been very kind to us and we love serving Him.
